Where I've Worked

Professional Experience

Research, engineering, and education roles shaping my technical and leadership foundation.

Undergraduate Researcher

Research

UC Berkeley — Center for New Music and Audio Technologies

September 2025 – Present

Berkeley, CA

  • Developing a Bluetooth multi-device audio synchronization system enabling low-latency, coordinated playback.
  • Implementing DSP pipelines using impulse-response extraction, FFT analysis, and cross-correlation to estimate timing offsets.
  • Analyzing codec, OS-level routing, and transport-layer delays against perceptual and statistical performance metrics.

Undergraduate Researcher

Hardware

University of California, Berkeley — Boles Lab

June 2024 – August 2024

Berkeley, CA

  • Improving energy efficiency in power converter circuits by replacing large inductors with miniature piezoelectric disks.
  • Designing probe mounting structures for piezoelectric contact, minimizing energy losses and maximizing heat dissipation.
  • Prototyping mounting structures to achieve a quality factor above 1500 — 300 points above the standard.

Machine Learning Engineer

ML / Data

Walmart | DiversaTech Berkeley

January 2024 – May 2024

Berkeley, CA

  • Utilized predictive modeling to optimize weekly trash pickup schedules for Walmart stores across the nation.
  • Pre-processed trash volume data with Pandas, analyzing pickups ranging from 0–20 tons over a two-year span.
  • Researched optimal models for forecasting foot traffic and revenue, leveraging feature engineering for our predictive framework.

Youth Educator

Education

The Hidden Genius Project

December 2022 – Present

Oakland, CA

  • Developing and implementing CAD curriculum, educating more than 60 middle and high school students about 3D Modeling.
  • Piloting the Genius Lab programming platform in South Africa, introducing over 300 underprivileged students to computer science.
  • Serving as an interviewer for over 50 students, assessing potential candidates for The Hidden Genius Project.
